These are the my changes/understanding of rules or rule variants that I use in my D&D Campaign. If their is a rules dispute or discrepancy and I make a decision on it I will put it here to keep up consistency.
All dice rolls Must be done on the Table. If a dice falls off it will be rerolled
Variant:Instant Kill-DMG pg 28
Critical kills-role 3 20’s in a row and the object of your wrath dies instantly.
Variant:Critical Misses(Fumbles)-DMG pg 28
If you roll a 1 on the first d20 attack roll you must make a (DC 10) Dexterity check. If the check fails the check the character fumbles and expends a move action to reassess themselves.
Alternate Variant:Critical Misses(Fumbles)-Mine
If you roll a 1 on the first d20 attack roll you roll a percential dice. If you roll lower then 50% you character fumbles and expends a move action to reassess themselves, if you roll lower then 15% you take half the damage your attack would have done.
Extra Xp is given for certain Catagories. All the players vote with the Dms vote counting as 2 votes.
